PRODUCT SHOWCASE
• Prices and characteristics of products are listed at the catalogue in F CFA, and they do not include taxes.
• All prices and characteristics published are valid, except for typographical errors.
• Photographs may not exactly match some of the models offered.
LFS Store is not responsible for changes of specifications and/or characteristics of products or when a product is out of print without notice by manufacturer or dealer.
• If a product stock is exhausted, it will be replaced by an alternative product with similar characteristic. Only in exceptional cases, product will be removed from the catalogue.
• Showcase updates at web page invalidate all previous existing offers.

 

REGISTER
Customers must be register in order to proceed with an order at LFS Store. Being registered at LFS Store is simple, costs nothing and it is free. They could do it by filling in a simple form given by their salesman. Customers will be able to access and modify their personal information by a password. User may terminate membership at any time. Registration gives to customers a more personalized service. The information received is completely confidential and people outside of LFS Store will not have access to it.

 

PURCHASE CONDITIONS
When customers place orders, it is understood that PURCHASE CONDITIONS are accepted. Orders must be confirmed by LFS Store to formalize them.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS
In order to purchase in an easy and secure way, we propose our customers different payment methods:

  • Using the established payment method with LFS.
  • Through point compensation.

SHIPMENT
LFS Store products will always be sent together with LFS goods orders to customer’s facilities delivery address. However, in case that there is not any material order, these products will be sent to our subsidiary enterprise and customers will be in charge of collecting it.
• Customer is responsible for verification of the content and condition of the products at the time of delivery.

• Deadline for delivery will be indicated by supplier, just in case there is no further stock available.

 

RETURNS
• Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Product returns must be sent together with the delivery note and its original, undamaged packaging.
• Transport charges, unless defective product, will be assumed by customer, as well as bank charges caused by this transaction.
• For any defective product: Blumaq Store is committed to delivering a product in perfect conditions and collecting the defective one. If this change cannot be possible, customers shall be paid the entirely of any prepaid amount, using the same payment method chose for the purchase.

 

GUARANTEE
• Manufacturing and operational defects are always the responsibility of manufacturer.
• Guarantee will not be valid due to external factors to normal use of the product, such as, power surges and shortages, usage of improper or prohibited accessories by manufacturers, falls, water, fire, misuse or improper handling by customers or third unauthorized parties by manufacturer, or materials subject to wear their normal use.
• Guarantee will begin on the day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.
